It feels like it could easily have been that. My issue with this is that I really would have been impressed a lot if this were a lance or an axe. It can also boost the defense of the unit simply by having it in their inventory. This weapon attack from a distance, has good might, gives a boost to dodge rate, crit rate and has decent hit rate. The weapon is probably meant to be a broadsword due to Nohr being based on the western form. I think the animated scene is meant to be the real way, and the artwork is just to show Xander having it in some formal way.

Unless you’re playing as female Corrin, no girls get a legendary weapon in Fates. There is only one weapon here that is unique, which is really sad if you ask me.įurthermore, why are they only for the male heirs? Why didn’t Camilla, Hinoka, Sakura, and Elise have any legendaries of their own? I mean come on, they couldn’t have given Camilla an Axe legendary, Hinoka a divine naginata, Sakura a legendary rod/scroll/yumi, or Elise a legendary tome/staff? It just feels wrong.
